Our Reversible Concrete Mixers are designed to be a workhorse which can effectively be used for round-the-clock production with consistent homogenous mixing. Our machine is fitted with a modern PLC system to control the concrete mixing operation with digital weighing system and a digital monitor. SCADA system can be availed to keep track of the performance and output of the concrete mixer.

There are two types of blades attached to the inner walls of the drum, one set drags the concrete upwards and towards while the second set of blades pushes the concrete towards the opening when the drum rotates in the other direction. The drum rotates in one direction for mixing and in the opposite direction for discharging the concrete. The material is fed in the machine via a hydraulic hopper to a reversible drum, mounted on fabricated chassis. Convenient, reliable and easy to operate due to its steadiness and durability. We have designed special inline gear arrangement to allow for smooth movement of drum and consistent mixing. These Concrete Mixers are used to form concrete by blending sand, gravel, metal, water and additive chemicals together.
