The FlexiBal® Decking system serves the dual purpose of permanent form and positive reinforcement of the floor. The embossments on the FlexiBal® Decking sheet provide excellent interlocking between steel and concrete forming a stronger floor structure which requires not only low concrete volume for the same strength as conventional RCC Floor Slab but also requires minimum reinforcements; thereby making construction economical. The FlexiBal® Decking sheets are accurately roll-formed using Precision Automatic Roll Forming machine from high-strength lightweight Galvalume [ 55% Aluminium, 43% Zinc, 1.5% Silicon] / Galvanized [100% Zinc] / Mild steel to the required dimensions to provide an efficient, lightweight, economical flooring solution.

The JBFS FlexiBal® Floor Decking sheet profile has a rib height of 51 mm and an effective cover width of 960 mm providing the widest cover per weight of steel and minimizes the requirement of reinforcement.
